What is Sparrow Housing?
Sparrow Housing is a branch of Sparrow, which operates as a 501(c) (3) nonprofit and owns a mobile home park in South Corvallis called Twin Oaks. Our mission is to provide affordable housing that reflects the value of people. We offer discounted rent opportunities, resident services, and facilitate community events. Sparrow Housing also stewards a Hope fund for crisis situations that arise within the community.
Our vision is to nurture a thriving neighborhood where people not only have a place to live but also find connection, stability, and
opportunities to thrive.

Twin Oaks MHP is currently accepting new residents whose income is at or below 60% of the Benton County Area Median Income (AMI). Availability is limited and only occasional. Spaces include a small number reserved for manufactured homes as well as RV units.
